As President and CEO of Orange Cleaning Services (OCS), Thomas sets the work tone and direction of the company and provides leadership at all levels and departments within OCS. He has an extensive background in developing and implementing solutions for clients of all types. Thomas comes from a background that recognizes the importance of relationship management and superior customer service. After having a successful career Management Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, he purchased OCS and has been focused on building it into a full service commercial and residential cleaning service provider. His professional demeanor and desire to provide his customers with high quality cleaning services is the foundation upon which OCS has based its model for service delivery.
Luis Zurita, Vice President of Operations
As the Vice President of Operations, Luis is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and management of Orange Cleaning Services projects and cleaning staff. He offers a direct interface with our clients in the assessment of project and cleaning specifications. An expert in the application of “green” products and industrial equipment, Luis has developed the company’s approach for all of its cleaning methods. With 16 years of progressive experience and responsibility in the field, Luis ensures that our services and delivery teams are a perfect match for our broad based commercial and residential cleaning projects. Luis has completed extensive industry training. attended numerous industry seminars, has completed OSHA training courses, and oversees all contractual projects.
Greg Oliver, Vice President of Business Development
Greg is responsible for business growth and customer relations in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Greg brings unique skills in managing territories and relationships while competently assessing the business needs of his customers. In prior years, Greg co-founded Oliver & Associates, which marketed and delivered Executive Coaching and Senior Level Transition services. Greg’s additional experience is in human resources consulting, operations management, sales management, and major project management. Market share continues to grow rapidly through Greg’s strategic planning and tactical execution of the company’s marketing and sales initiatives.
